You seem to be missing M140 S0 to turn the bed off, however it should stay at the same temperature, not get hotter.

my printer stopped printing because the temperature reached the 120, dam another 6 minutes and I would finish that piece.

@slanwar, Does your bed heat as soon as the power is on? If so I suspect you have a shorted MOSFET. Red alert's problem is different because his temperature is controlled during the build so his...

the mosfets i have are IRF3205 and i have another ramps with P55NF06 which the power connector burned out (the wires coming from the power supply).
